This was incredibly delicious!  It was a bit on the salty side, though.  I found a recipe for making your own ranch dressing mix, and I am planning to make my own, with much less salt.  In the meantime, I just added more sour cream and that improved the overly saltiness.
Ingredients:
- 3 strips bacon, cooked in small pieces
 - 3-4 cloves minced garlic
 - 1 packet ranch dressing mix
 - 1 can cream of chicken soup
 - 1 cup sour cream
 - 2 chicken breasts
 - pasta of choice
 
Directions:
- If freezing, combine all ingredients but pasta in freezer bag and freeze flat, then place in refrigerator to thaw the day before cooking.
 - Place all except pasta in crockpot and cook 5-7 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.
 - Cook pasta.
 - Remove chicken from crockpot and shred with two forks. Add sauce to chicken again and mix together.
 - Serve over pasta.
